1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order is processed, it will be shipped out as soon as possible.

In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Europe: 7–15 business days
United States: 7–15 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: Free or calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: Available in selected regions at an additional cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country
These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If you have concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

However, we will do our best to assist you.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
You may receive items separately.
